We recognise that there are some situations where it may be necessary to commence proceedings in order to resolve your matter or you may be forced into defending proceedings. In these circumstances, we work with experienced advocates to represent clients at industrial courts and tribunals but we put a significant amount of work into resolving the dispute at the earliest possible stage.
